Senior Strategy Delivery Analyst

About the role

The Senior Strategy Delivery Analyst will lead the execution of the Group Technology strategy, ensuring that strategic initiatives are delivered on time and generate the expected business value. Working across all technology units, the analyst will act as a bridge between senior leadership, project teams and end‑users to keep the strategy aligned with evolving business goals.

Key responsibilities

• Drive the execution of the Group Technology Strategy workbook and related non‑workbook initiatives.
• Organise and facilitate annual strategy meetings, workshops and stakeholder‑engagement sessions.
• Track progress against strategic milestones in collaboration with the PMO and report on performance.
• Conduct periodic strategy reviews, recommend adjustments and keep documentation up‑to‑date.
• Support the development and maintenance of IT performance‑management frameworks and metrics.
• Facilitate risk evaluation for strategic execution and propose remediation actions.
• Participate in high‑impact, enterprise‑wide programs, ensuring benefits and value delivery are measured and realised.
• Collaborate with business unit leaders to align technology initiatives with overall corporate objectives.

Required profile

• University degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or a related discipline; a graduate degree is a plus.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience delivering IT solutions, preferably in a multinational environment.
• Proven experience in strategy execution, project governance and performance tracking.
• Project management certification or membership (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is advantageous.
• Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively with senior leaders across business units.
