About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Vice President to join our senior management team. You will oversee department VPs and managers, monitor operating performance, ensure policy compliance, and drive new business opportunities and budget decisions. This role is critical for shaping our business strategy and supporting growth.

Key responsibilities

Oversee daily operations and set performance and financial goals.
Assess, evaluate, and report on team and individual performance.
Prepare and allocate departmental budgets.
Research and identify new business opportunities and tools.
Collaborate with other executives and SVPs on business strategy.
Evaluate department profits, revenue, and risk, ensuring regulatory compliance.
Build and approve hiring plans and guide VPs and managers.

Required profile

Extensive senior‑level management experience.
Strong strategic thinking and analytical capabilities.
