SEO / SEM Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a data‑driven SEO/SEM Specialist to lead both organic and paid search initiatives. Working remotely, you will shape our search strategy, boost visibility, and optimise advertising spend to meet growth targets.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct keyword research, expand keyword lists and optimise on‑page elements (content, meta tags, landing pages).
• Perform technical SEO audits (site speed, crawlability, indexing, broken links) and collaborate with developers to implement fixes.
• Design, launch and continuously optimise PPC campaigns on Google Ads and Bing Ads to maximise ROI and lower CPA.
• Develop and execute link‑building programmes to increase domain authority.
• Track, analyse and report on SEO and SEM performance using GA4, Google Search Console and other tools.
• Monitor competitor strategies, advertising links and keyword tactics.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media or a related field.
• 3‑5 years of proven experience managing successful SEO and PPC campaigns.
• Strong understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors and AI‑driven search trends.
• Reliable internet connection with backup to ensure uninterrupted work.
