Short Term Rental Estate Broker

About the role

The Short Term Rental Estate Broker is a full‑time, on‑site position based in Accra. You will source and list short‑term rental properties, conduct viewings, match clients with suitable options, negotiate terms and prepare tenancy documentation. The role also ensures smooth move‑in and move‑out processes for both landlords and tenants.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, acquire and list short‑term rental properties across Ghana.
• Conduct property viewings and guide prospective tenants through the selection process.
• Negotiate rental terms, draft and review tenancy agreements.
• Maintain ongoing relationships with landlords, tenants and freelance agents to maximise occupancy.
• Monitor market trends, support marketing activities and collaborate with internal teams.

Required profile

• Strong brokerage and real‑property skills with ability to manage short‑term rental transactions.
• Solid knowledge of Ghana’s real‑estate market, regulations and local dynamics.
• Excellent customer‑service orientation and proven sales abilities, including negotiation and closing deals.
• Effective communication, interpersonal and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Experience in real‑estate brokerage or property management; professional certification or licensing is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with spreadsheets (e.g., Excel).
• Experience using property listing platforms.
• Familiarity with CRM systems or real‑estate software.
