Listing & Inspection Agent

About the role

KlenStay is Ghana's trusted short‑stay marketplace. As a Listing & Inspection Agent you will work as an independent contractor, travelling within your local area to onboard new short‑stay properties and verify them so they earn the “Verified” badge.

Key responsibilities

• Visit prospective and new listings and photograph each property to KlenStay’s quality standard.
• Capture and confirm listing details – rooms, amenities, Ghana Post GPS digital address and exact location.
• Complete the verification inspection checklist covering accuracy, condition and safety.
• Onboard hosts by guiding owners through the setup process and KlenStay expectations.
• Flag any discrepancy between a listing’s description and reality.
• Submit photos and inspection reports through KlenStay’s mobile tools on time.

Required profile

• Based in Ghana and able to travel within your city/region for property visits.
• Own a smartphone with a good camera and reliable transport.
• Strong attention to detail and honesty – you are the guarantor of the Verified standard.
• Good communication in English and at least one local language.
• Comfortable using mobile apps for photos, checklists and reporting.
• Available on a flexible, per‑assignment basis.
