Social Media & Live Streaming Sales Officer

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Social Media & Live Streaming Sales Officer to promote our sanitary pad brand across digital channels. You will combine content creation, live broadcasting and sales outreach to grow our market presence.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow TikTok, Facebook, Instagram and other social media accounts.
• Create engaging videos, posts and promotional content for the brand.
• Conduct live streaming sessions to introduce products, promotions and interact with customers.
• Identify and develop potential distributors, wholesalers, retailers and business customers.
• Contact prospects via WhatsApp, phone calls and social media, and follow up leads generated from online activities.
• Maintain customer records and track sales opportunities, supporting the sales team in order follow‑up.

Required profile

• Good communication and presentation skills, comfortable appearing on camera.
• Experience with TikTok, Facebook, Instagram or live streaming is an advantage.
• Sales, marketing or customer development experience preferred.
• Confident, energetic and able to work independently to achieve sales targets.
• Female candidates comfortable presenting women's healthcare products are welcome.
