About the role

Blu Ivory is looking for a creative and proactive Social Media Manager & Content Creator to lead its digital presence across multiple platforms. You will develop and execute engaging content strategies that align with the brand and drive audience growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, plan, and execute social media content strategies for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), TikTok, and YouTube.
• Create high‑quality written, visual, and multimedia content that reflects the organization’s objectives.
• Manage all social media accounts, ensuring regular updates and consistent brand messaging.
• Capture professional‑quality photographs and videos at events, projects, and activities for digital use.
• Write compelling captions, articles, stories, and promotional copy to maximize engagement.
• Monitor trends, audience behavior, and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.
• Respond promptly to comments, messages, and inquiries.
• Schedule and publish content using social media management tools.
• Track, analyze, and report on performance metrics, offering recommendations for improvement.
• Maintain a content calendar and ensure timely delivery of campaigns.
• Collaborate with management and stakeholders to promote initiatives, events, and achievements.
