Social Media Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a creative and detail‑oriented Social Media Specialist to manage and grow our brand’s online presence. The role focuses on developing engaging content, running social media campaigns and collaborating with internal teams to communicate our products, culture and achievements.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, schedule and manage content for Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram and TikTok.
• Create engaging text, image and video content that follows brand guidelines.
• Monitor social media trends, track engagement and analyse campaign performance.
• Collaborate with Sales, HR and Production to source news, updates and success stories.
• Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and foster an online community.
• Support the design and execution of promotional campaigns and marketing materials.
• Maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent and timely posting.
• Assist internal communication efforts to improve employee engagement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Design or a related field.
• 1–3 years of proven experience managing social media for a brand or organization.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Creativity with a keen eye for design and basic graphic‑design ability.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Required skills

• Familiarity with social‑media analytics tools such as Meta Business Suite and LinkedIn Analytics.
• Basic graphic‑design skills.
• Photography and video‑editing abilities.
