Special Needs Preschool Teacher – West Legon

About the role

MasterChamps is seeking a passionate Special Needs Preschool Teacher to join its inclusive early‑childhood centre in West Legon. You will work with neurodivergent learners, delivering engaging lessons and supporting each child’s developmental milestones in a safe, nurturing environment.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver interactive, play‑based lessons both indoors and outdoors.
• Plan and implement individualized learning activities to meet developmental goals.
• Observe, assess, and document each child’s progress, providing regular updates to management and parents.
• Communicate frequently with families to discuss progress and collaborate on home‑learning strategies.
• Provide behavioural and social‑emotional support while maintaining a safe, inclusive classroom.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Special Education, Early Childhood Education, Psychology or a related field.
• Previous experience with children who have special needs is preferred.
• Positive, team‑oriented mindset, eager to learn and grow professionally.
• Patient, adaptable, compassionate and physically able to participate in play‑based activities.
• Residing in or near West Legon is an advantage.

Required skills

• Professional certification or licensure in Special Education (a plus).
