Stock Controller

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Stock Controller to oversee inventory operations for a leading manufacturing company in Ghana. The role involves maintaining accurate stock records, coordinating material movement, and supporting audit processes.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain up‑to‑date inventory records in SAP, Tally or other ERP systems.
• Conduct stock reconciliation, cycle counts and physical inventory audits.
• Monitor stock levels and trigger replenishment activities.
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly stock reports.
• Coordinate with warehouse, procurement and logistics teams to ensure smooth material flow.
• Document goods receipt notes, stock transfers and inventory transactions.
• Support internal and external inventory audits.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in stock control or inventory management, preferably in manufacturing.
• Hands‑on experience with inventory reconciliation and stock audits.
• Good command of English and strong analytical abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Excel for reporting.
