Stock Controller – Retail Depot

About the role

We are looking for a Stock Controller to join our retail operations at a depot in Tamale. The role ensures every unit is accounted for, discrepancies are resolved quickly, and shelves are organized to support our mission of delivering solar panels, smartphones and e‑motorbikes to customers across Ghana.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, verify and allocate incoming stock, ensuring accurate first‑time logging.
• Conduct regular audits and reconciliations between physical inventory and system records.
• Manage the full returns loop to the warehouse, documenting each movement.
• Produce daily stock status reports for the wider team.
• Serve as the first point of contact for customers and sales teams when product issues arise, coordinating in‑warranty repairs.
• Collaborate with retail and warehouse colleagues to maintain optimal inventory levels.
• Maintain a safe, organized and presentable depot environment.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and customer‑focused attitude.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a cross‑functional team.

Required skills
