Store & Production Manager

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Store & Production Manager to lead our retail outlet and coordinate garment production. This role blends shop floor management with close collaboration with our tailoring team, ensuring a seamless customer experience and efficient inventory flow.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily shop operations and ensure high standards of customer service.
• Lead, supervise and support sales assistants.
• Coordinate production schedules with the tailor, managing fabric and inventory levels.
• Maintain accurate stock records and monitor inventory turnover.
• Ensure attention to detail in product presentation and order fulfillment.

Required profile

• At least 24 months of experience in retail or production environments.
• Strong leadership, organizational and communication abilities.
• Passion for fashion and the Robert Appiah brand.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, customer‑focused setting.
