Supply Chain & Logistics Manager

About the role

The Supply Chain & Logistics Manager will oversee the end‑to‑end flow of goods from warehouses to customers across Accra and the Tema region. The role ensures high customer satisfaction by coordinating store, warehouse and after‑sales teams while optimizing costs and service quality.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and manage product deliveries in line with company policies.
• Oversee transfers between warehouses and manage the company truck fleet, selecting optimal routes to minimise expenses.
• Develop and monitor performance metrics for the supply chain and logistics functions.
• Identify process bottlenecks and implement solutions to improve efficiency and profitability.
• Maintain accurate inventory records for warehouses and stores, ensuring required stock levels.
• Assess and recommend material‑handling equipment and staffing needs.
• Monitor supplier performance, qualify new suppliers and collaborate with other departments.
• Lead, train and motivate logistics, warehouse and distribution centre personnel.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Procurement, Business Administration, Operations Management or a related field.
• Master’s degree (MBA or MSc in Supply Chain/Logistics) is an added advantage.
• Relevant professional certification (e.g., CSCP, CIPS) is desirable.
