About the role
We are looking for a Team Leader to oversee construction activities on site in the Accra and Tema region. The role involves coordinating teams, managing subcontractors, and ensuring projects meet deadlines, quality, and safety standards.
Key responsibilities
- Organize and supervise work on site.
- Coordinate teams and subcontractors.
- Ensure tasks are completed within deadlines and quality standards.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards on site.
- Report work progress to the Site Management.
Required profile
- Proven experience as a Site Foreman in civil construction.
- Good knowledge of reading plans and markings.
- Leadership, organizational, and planning skills.
- Sense of responsibility and focus on results.
- Advanced level of English.
