Technical Customer Success Manager

About the role

Zof AI is looking for a Technical Customer Success Manager to ensure customers achieve success after AI product launch. The role blends technical troubleshooting with account ownership, driving adoption, proving value, and supporting renewals.

Key responsibilities

• Own customer adoption and outcomes from launch onward.
• Serve as the first line for debugging and optimizing AI deployments.
• Provide outcome data that drives renewals and expansion.
• Run onboarding, training, and regular outcome reviews.
• Escalate technical issues to engineering with clear reproductions.
• Detect churn risk early and act proactively.
• Champion the customer voice within product and engineering teams.
• Develop the customer success playbook as the customer base grows.

Required profile

• Experience in customer success, support engineering, or technical account management.
• Strong technical depth to debug and explain AI system behavior.
• Excellent relationship‑building and communication skills.
• Comfort with outcome data, metrics, and business reviews.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts with high ownership of outcomes.
• Willingness to use AI tools daily in a fast‑moving environment.
