Technical Product Manager – Digital Channels

About the role

The Technical Product Manager will drive the success of digital channels and products across Ecobank’s affiliates and markets. You will own the product lifecycle from conception through launch, operationalization, and continuous improvement, ensuring alignment with strategic vision, user needs, and business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Interpret long‑term vision and strategic goals for digital channels, adapting them to the nuances of each affiliate or market.
• Translate product roadmaps into executable technical artifacts, overseeing feature releases, enhancements, and technology upgrades.
• Conduct surveys, research, and stakeholder meetings to capture performance dimensions and user feedback.
• Maintain a product issue registry and coordinate timely resolution of market‑specific problems.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, compliance, and business teams to ensure seamless product delivery and post‑deployment improvement.
• Monitor product performance, drive operational efficiencies, and champion continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of strategic product vision, user requirements, and business objectives.
• Experience managing digital products in a multi‑market or banking environment.
• Proven stakeholder management and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
• Ability to analyse feedback, identify pain points, and prioritize enhancements.
