Technical Support Executive

About the role

We are looking for a Technical Support Executive to implement, configure and support our cloud‑based business applications for clients across Ghana and the wider African region. The role combines system implementation, troubleshooting, user training and collaboration with product developers.

Key responsibilities

• Set up and configure business applications in cloud or hybrid environments based on client workflows.
• Provide first and second level support, diagnose and resolve functional and technical issues.
• Deliver training sessions for new and existing users and guide best‑practice usage.
• Prepare e‑manuals, technical guides, release notes and digital training content.
• Liaise with internal and external developers to track and resolve escalated cases.
• Support custom feature development, participate in testing cycles and represent the company in client meetings.

Required profile

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
• At least 24 months of experience in technical support, system administration or software implementation.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with the initiative to work independently.
• Excellent communication and client engagement skills.
