Telesales Agent – Outbound & Inbound Sales

About the role

Gwosevo is looking for a motivated Telesales Agent to join its Ghana office. You will handle both outbound and inbound calls, promoting the company’s products and services, qualifying leads and converting prospects into satisfied customers.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls and receive inbound inquiries to generate sales opportunities.
• Explain product features, benefits and pricing clearly to prospects.
• Maintain accurate interaction records in the CRM system.
• Follow up on leads, meet or exceed individual and team sales targets.
• Collaborate with teammates to refine scripts, share market insights and improve processes.
• Participate in regular training sessions and provide feedback on customer trends.

Required profile

• Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
• Customer‑service mindset with the ability to resolve questions and objections.
• Goal‑oriented, able to thrive in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment.
• Professional phone etiquette and resilience to rejection.
• Minimum secondary school education; post‑secondary or vocational training in business or marketing is a plus.

Required skills

• Basic computer literacy.
• Familiarity with CRM or call‑center software.
