About the role
Unateus, an international fulfillment and logistics company operating across Africa, is looking for experienced telesales professionals in Ghana. You will work with warm leads—customers who have already expressed interest in our products—and be expected to close sales, upsell health products and consistently meet KPIs.
Key responsibilities
- Close sales and confirm customer orders.
- Upsell and cross‑sell health products.
- Follow up with interested customers.
- Handle objections and customer inquiries professionally.
- Maintain accurate CRM records.
- Consistently meet sales and call‑quality KPIs.
Required profile
- 2+ years of telesales, call‑center or outbound sales experience.
- Proven track record of hitting sales targets.
- Strong phone‑based closing and objection‑handling skills.
- Fluent English and at least one major Ghanaian local language.
- Own laptop/desktop, smartphone, headset, reliable internet and backup power.
