Territory Sales Executive – Commission Based Role

About the role

Jiji Ghana is seeking energetic individuals to join its sales team as Territory Sales Executives on a commission‑based structure. You will help local businesses increase their visibility on the Jiji platform by promoting advertising solutions across the Western Region.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage business owners, SMEs, retailers and entrepreneurs within the assigned territory.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Present Jiji’s advertising solutions and demonstrate how they can boost visibility and sales.
• Convert prospects into paying customers using effective sales techniques.
• Assist clients in creating and managing adverts on the Jiji platform.
• Promote premium advertising products, boost packages and other paid services.
• Conduct regular follow‑ups to drive renewals and repeat business.
• Maintain accurate sales records and update customer information in company systems.
• Consistently achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.

Required profile

• Strong passion for sales and business development.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Self‑motivated, confident and target‑oriented.
• Comfortable working in the field and interacting daily with business owners.
• Basic smartphone and computer skills; must own a smartphone.
• Reside in Accra, Tema, Kasoa, Kumasi, Takoradi or nearby areas.
