About the role

Ubiquity is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Trainer to join its team in Accra, Ghana. The role focuses on delivering high‑quality, performance‑oriented training that accelerates new‑hire readiness and supports ongoing operational excellence. You will be responsible for creating engaging learning experiences that enhance employee skills.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate learner‑centered training sessions that promote knowledge retention and on‑the‑job application.
• Maintain trainer readiness by completing Quarterly Trainer Skills Certification.
• Conduct at least 15 call calibrations or skill‑practice sessions per month to sustain process expertise.
• Partner with Operations, Quality, and Nesting teams to deliver targeted interventions and reduce time to proficiency.
• Participate in Agent Lifecycle Playbook discussions to align with end‑to‑end employee development.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure training materials are accurate, up‑to‑date, and continuously improved.
