TV Producer

About the role

The Multimedia Group is seeking a TV Producer to create, direct and write educational, instructional, entertainment and public‑interest content for on‑air broadcast. The role involves managing production teams, meeting tight broadcast deadlines and ensuring high‑quality output.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate activities of staff assigned to each production.
• Produce, write and direct instructional videos, promotional campaigns and public‑event programmes, including editorial changes, graphics and conceptual design.
• Conduct research to develop story concepts and gather necessary information.
• Compile statistics on campaign effectiveness and perform promotional analysis.
• Prepare production reports and maintain logs of activities.
• Assemble and edit video segments to ensure visual cohesiveness and narrative flow.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Broadcasting, Communications or a related field.
• At least two years of experience in writing, producing or directing programmes in studio and on‑location (or equivalent combination approved by HR).
• Strong knowledge of broadcast rules, regulations and production techniques.

Required skills

• Video editing and post‑production techniques.
• Use of broadcast production equipment.
• Understanding of broadcast regulations.
