Vice Principal – School Leadership Role

About the role
The school is seeking a Vice Principal to support the Principal in overseeing daily operations and academic excellence. This senior leadership position involves managing teaching staff, curriculum delivery, and student welfare within a dynamic international curriculum environment.
Key responsibilities
- Assist the Principal in overall school administration.
- Supervise teaching and learning activities and monitor curriculum implementation.
- Coordinate teacher appraisal, professional development, and performance management.
- Manage student discipline, welfare, and related support services.
- Prepare academic reports, schedules, and the school calendar.
- Act as the Principal’s stand‑in when required.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education.
- Professional teaching qualification.
- Minimum three years of leadership experience in an international curricular school.
- Strong knowledge of school administration and governance.
