Volta Steel Sales Officer

About the role

The Volta Steel Sales Officer will lead sales growth and expand the retail footprint for steel products within the Volta Region. You will be responsible for executing regional sales strategies, generating leads, and delivering excellent customer service to meet business targets.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct cold and warm outreach to prospective leads, schedule follow‑ups, and deliver product presentations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with local retailers, key clients, and prospective buyers.
• Develop deep product knowledge to answer queries and escalate complex issues.
• Prepare and submit accurate monthly sales and expense reports to the Area Sales Manager.
• Execute company sales strategies and perform market research to identify new opportunities and monitor competitor activity.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing or related field (preferred).
• Proven experience or residence in the Volta Region with knowledge of steel product sales.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building abilities.
