Volunteer – Youth Mental Health Support

About the role

Crest Minds Initiative is seeking enthusiastic volunteers to support its mission of advancing mental health awareness and education for youth in Ghana. Volunteers will contribute to a range of activities across human resources, communications, mental health services, legal support, and creative design.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing community outreach and school programs.
• Support social media management and content creation to raise awareness.
• Help coordinate events, workshops, and advocacy campaigns.
• Provide basic research, report writing, and documentation for projects.
• Collaborate with mental health professionals to develop educational materials.
• Offer administrative support for HR and program logistics.

Required profile

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for community engagement.
• Experience in event coordination or project management.
• Interest or background in mental health, youth empowerment, or related fields.
• Ability to work both independently and within a team.
• Passion for reducing stigma and improving access to mental health care.

Required skills

• Organizational and time‑management skills.
