About the role

We are looking for a friendly waiter/waitress to join our team at Patisserie Thérapie in Accra. The role involves serving customers, taking orders, and ensuring a pleasant dining experience. You will work closely with the kitchen and front‑of‑house teams to deliver excellent service.

Key responsibilities

  • Welcome customers and present menus.
  • Take food and drink orders accurately.
  • Serve meals and beverages promptly.
  • Attend to customers’ needs and ensure their satisfaction.
  • Keep tables and the dining area clean and organized.
  • Handle customer complaints politely.
  • Work closely with other staff to ensure smooth operations.

Required profile

  • Good communication and customer service skills.
  • Neat appearance and good personal hygiene.
  • Honesty, punctuality, and a positive attitude.
  • Ability to work in a team and under pressure.
  • Previous experience is an advantage, but not required.
