Warehouse Associate

About the role

Suprapharma Limited is seeking a motivated Warehouse Associate to support its healthcare logistics operations in Accra. You will work closely with the warehouse team to ensure accurate order fulfillment, inventory control, and safe handling of products.

Key responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and stage products according to invoices and fulfillment instructions.
• Verify order contents for accuracy before shipment and prepare documentation.
• Maintain organized inventory storage, support bi‑weekly stock counts and reconciliation.
• Assist with loading and unloading delivery vehicles and coordinate with the Logistics department to meet delivery schedules.
• Follow safety procedures, handle products in compliance with company policies and FDA regulations, and support FIFO practices.

Required profile

• Graduate with 1‑3 years of experience in operations or inventory management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and work well within a team.
