About the role
The Warehouse Keeper will manage the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods for Ghato Food Ltd. This role ensures accurate inventory records and supports smooth operations across the Accra and Tema regions.
Key responsibilities
- Receive, inspect and verify incoming goods against delivery notes, invoices and purchase orders.
- Record all incoming and outgoing goods accurately in the stock register or inventory management system.
- Organize and store materials properly to ensure easy identification and retrieval.
- Monitor stock levels and report low‑stock items to management.
- Report damaged, missing, expired or defective goods to management immediately.
Required profile
- Ghanaian national with at least a diploma; a qualification in supply chain management, logistics, purchasing or a related field is an advantage.
- Minimum 12 months of experience as a warehouse keeper, storekeeper or inventory assistant.
- Basic computer skills; proficiency with Microsoft Excel is a plus.
