Warehouse Supervisor – Accra & Kumasi

About the role

As a Warehouse Supervisor at Shalina Healthcare Ghana, you will lead all warehouse activities to ensure efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of products. You will supervise staff, maintain inventory accuracy, enforce safety standards, and coordinate with logistics and procurement to support business operations.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily warehouse operations including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and dispatching inventory.
• Oversee incoming stock verification, inspect goods for damage or discrepancies, and report issues.
• Allocate tasks, monitor performance of warehouse assistants, and ensure proper storage and safety compliance.
• Conduct regular inventory counts, cycle counts, and reconcile stock discrepancies.
• Enforce health and safety standards, maintain cleanliness, and secure the warehouse premises.
• Coordinate loading and unloading of trucks, containers, and delivery vehicles.
• Train, coach, and develop warehouse staff to improve efficiency.
• Prepare and submit operational reports and ensure proper maintenance of equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks.

Required profile

• HND/Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or related field (preferred).
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in warehouse operations, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management practices and warehouse procedures.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
