Operations Executive – Logistics & Distribution

About the role

The Operations Executive will coordinate the efficient movement, storage and delivery of food and beverage products from our warehouse to customers across Ghana. You will ensure orders are processed accurately, deliveries are scheduled effectively, and inventory is managed to meet demand while maintaining product quality.

Key responsibilities

• Process daily customer orders and communicate them to warehouse staff.
• Prepare delivery schedules based on location, route, order size and vehicle capacity.
• Coordinate drivers, delivery personnel and warehouse staff during picking, loading and dispatch.
• Verify that all deliveries are supported by correct invoices, delivery notes and other documentation.
• Monitor deliveries, follow up on outstanding orders and handle customer complaints.
• Investigate shortages, over‑supplies, damaged goods and rejected deliveries.
• Manage stock movements, transfers and maintain accurate documentation.
• Track inventory levels and alert management to potential stock‑outs or overstock situations.
• Oversee receipt and off‑loading of imported containers and supplier deliveries.
• Ensure proper handling of near‑expiry, expired or damaged products using FEFO/FIFO principles.
• Monitor vehicle mileage, fuel consumption, maintenance and coordinate servicing and regulatory compliance.
• Maintain accurate operational records and monitor logistics costs.

Required profile

• Entry‑level candidate with at least 1 month of relevant experience.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively with warehouse, sales and driver teams.
• Basic understanding of logistics and inventory management principles.
