Web Analytics Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented, data‑driven Web Analytics Specialist to support strategic decision‑making by implementing tracking, analysing user behaviour and delivering actionable reports that optimise website performance, marketing campaigns and conversion rates.

Key responsibilities

• Configure and maintain analytics platforms such as Google Analytics 4, Adobe Analytics and tag management systems like Google Tag Manager to ensure accurate, granular data collection.
• Analyse web traffic patterns, user behaviour and conversion funnels to identify optimisation opportunities.
• Develop and manage customised, easy‑to‑understand dashboards and reports (e.g., Looker Studio/Data Studio, Tableau) to track KPIs for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with marketing and development teams to design and execute A/B and multivariate tests to improve user experience and increase conversion rates.
• Regularly audit tracking implementations to detect and debug data gaps or issues.
• Provide proactive, actionable recommendations based on data findings to improve digital marketing effectiveness and ROI.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of hands‑on experience in web analytics, data analysis or digital marketing analytics.
• Expert proficiency with Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Tag Manager (GTM).
• Strong ability to interpret data, identify trends and create data‑driven narratives.
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
• Stable, high‑speed internet connection with reliable backup.
