Webflow Developer – Remote (Full-Time/Contract)

About the role

We are looking for a design‑focused Webflow Developer to join our remote‑first team. You will turn high‑fidelity Figma or Adobe XD mockups into pixel‑perfect, conversion‑optimized Webflow sites and own the technical delivery of our marketing and product web properties.

Key responsibilities

• Design and build fully responsive websites and landing pages from scratch using Webflow.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers and marketing teams to translate mockups into functional Webflow pages.
• Create and manage dynamic Webflow CMS collections for scalable content.
• Write custom HTML, CSS, and JavaScript when native Webflow features need extensions.
• Audit and optimise sites for speed, accessibility, and SEO.
• Integrate third‑party tools and APIs such as Zapier, Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, and CRM platforms.
• Perform cross‑device and cross‑browser testing before and after launch.
• Maintain site security, update scripts, and troubleshoot bugs.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of professional Webflow design and development experience, preferably in a digital agency, SaaS, or startup environment.
• Advanced proficiency with Webflow CMS, complex animations, and custom interactions.
• Strong understanding of UX/UI, layout, typography, and responsive design, with solid command of Figma (or Adobe XD).
• Proficient in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for custom scripting.
• Familiarity with modern Webflow frameworks such as Client‑First or Relume.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and the ability to work autonomously in a distributed team.
• Portfolio showcasing live Webflow projects, custom interactions, and before/after designs.
