Welder – MIG/TIG/ARC Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a skilled Welder to join our team in the Accra & Tema region. The successful candidate will perform a variety of welding tasks across industrial and construction projects, ensuring high‑quality joins and compliance with safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Perform welding using MIG, TIG, ARC, or gas welding techniques.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and welding symbols.
• Cut, shape, and join metal parts according to specifications.
• Inspect completed welds for quality and structural integrity.
• Carry out repair and maintenance welding on equipment and structures.
• Operate welding and cutting equipment safely and efficiently.
• Follow health, safety, and welding standards at all times.
• Maintain welding tools and equipment in good working condition.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a welder in industrial, construction, or workshop environments.
• Ability to read technical drawings and measurements.
• Physical fitness to work in demanding environments.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
