Project Manager

About the role

IBG International Business Group is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead construction projects in the Accra and Tema region. You will be responsible for planning, organizing and monitoring works to ensure they are delivered on time, within budget and to the required quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, organize, direct and monitor construction activities, ensuring deadlines and budgets are met.
• Coordinate with design teams, supervisors, clients and subcontractors to align project goals.
• Manage financial, production, equipment and supply schedules.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams, assign tasks, monitor workloads and ensure accountability.
• Facilitate regular team meetings, resolve conflicts and promote a collaborative environment.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, contracts, building codes and safety standards.

Required profile

• Higher education degree in Civil Engineering.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in construction management.
• Advanced level of English.
• Ability to adapt to multicultural contexts and strong interpersonal skills.
