About the role

This short‑term consultancy (5 months) focuses on strengthening Ghana's TVET system. The specialist will support competency‑based training, curriculum development, and industry partnerships.

Key responsibilities

  • Lead reforms in TVET, including competency‑based training and recognition of prior learning.
  • Develop and align curricula with labour‑market needs and facilitate workplace experience learning.

Required profile

  • Advanced degree in Education, Agricultural Education, Human Resource Development or related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in TVET reform, workforce development, and institutional strengthening.

Required skills

  • Competency‑Based Training (CBT) design.
  • Curriculum development, RPL, and workplace experience learning (WEL).
