Accelerator Program – Remote Part‑Time (24 hrs/week) – Starts July 2026

About the role

The Xcelsz Accelerator Program runs from July to December 2026 and offers a fully remote, part‑time experience (minimum 24 hours per week, with mandatory Saturday attendance). Participants join multidisciplinary international teams to work on real‑world projects across technology, product, compliance, back‑office, ways of working and marketing.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with global team members to deliver project milestones.
• Apply modern technology solutions to solve business problems.
• Support product development, user‑experience design and quality improvement.
• Assist compliance advisory, reporting and governance activities.
• Provide operational and administrative support to back‑office functions.
• Contribute to continuous‑improvement initiatives and team facilitation.
• Help execute marketing campaigns and community‑building actions.

Required profile

• Students, recent graduates, career changers or early‑career professionals.
• Motivated to gain hands‑on experience in an international setting.
• Available to commit at least 24 hours per week, including Saturdays.
• Comfortable working remotely across time zones.
• Fluent in English.
