Account Manager – High Value SME

About the role

This position drives business growth by identifying and securing new opportunities within assigned high‑value SME accounts. You will develop strategic account plans, build trusted relationships with key decision‑makers, and exceed revenue targets.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, pursue and close new business opportunities within assigned accounts.
• Create and implement Account Development Plans (ADPs) to maximize revenue and profitability.
• Build and manage a strong pipeline using consultative and solution‑driven sales approaches.
• Engage and nurture relationships with C‑level executives through strategic outreach and industry events.
• Track performance against quarterly targets and ensure compliance with telecom licensing and competition laws.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field.
• 2+ years experience in enterprise sales, account management or business development in Telecoms, ISP or Technology sectors.
• Proven success in identifying business opportunities and delivering customized solutions.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with senior executives and work independently.

Required skills

• Proficiency with UNIK‑CRM system.
• Knowledge of enterprise‑grade telecom and technology solutions (connectivity, mobile, cloud).
