Accounts Administrator – Payment Processing

About the role

The Accounts Administrator will manage day‑to‑day transaction processing for third‑party payments, resolve stakeholder complaints, and ensure accurate financial records for the business unit.

Key responsibilities

• Process and arrange payment of bills and accounts, verifying amounts to be paid and received.
• Maintain up‑to‑date third‑party payment information and ensure goods purchased are properly accounted for.
• Perform daily checks of the General Ledger, identify unusual transactions, and rectify anomalies promptly.
• Prepare monthly bank reconciliations and maintain balance‑sheet schedules as assigned.
• Compare actual costs with budgeted figures and support budget management.
• Handle general accounts queries and keep accurate records of all financial transactions.
