Affiliate Manager

About the role

The Affiliate Manager will own and implement the cross‑functional growth plan that acquires, activates and retains buyers, growers and partners, accelerates platform adoption and balances demand and supply across Complete Farmer markets. Reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer, you will lead growth squads through matrix authority and drive measurable outcomes across acquisition, activation, retention and marketplace liquidity.

Key responsibilities

• Translate company strategy into an annual and quarterly growth plan with targets, budgets, leading indicators and decision gates.
• Build a marketplace growth model linking qualified buyer demand, verified grower supply, activation, conversion, unit economics and seasonality.
• Define and continuously refine buyer, grower and partner segments, creating journey maps that identify value moments, trust barriers and friction points.
• Design and execute attributable buyer acquisition campaigns across digital, content, event, referral and partnership channels.
• Partner with Field Operations and Product to design grower acquisition strategies across digital, assisted, agent and community touchpoints.
• Maintain a ranked experiment backlog, run rapid controlled tests, record results and convert winning experiments into scalable playbooks.
• Own the growth operating cadence, providing the CCO with clear views of actuals, forecasts, variances, risks and recovery actions.
• Coordinate targeted education, nudges and re‑activation initiatives for users stalled at high‑value funnel stages.
