Growth Manager

About the role

The Growth Manager will own and execute the cross‑functional growth plan for Complete Farmer, driving acquisition, activation and retention of buyers, growers and partners across our markets. Reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer, the role balances demand generation with supply readiness to ensure a healthy marketplace.

Key responsibilities

• Translate company strategy into annual and quarterly growth targets, building a marketplace growth model that links qualified demand, verified supply, activation, retention and unit economics.
• Lead growth experiments, maintain a ranked backlog, run controlled tests, and convert winning experiments into documented playbooks and standard journeys.
• Design and execute buyer acquisition campaigns across digital, content, event, referral and account‑based channels, measuring quality through conversion, transaction and repeat demand metrics.
• Partner with Field Operations and Product to acquire and activate growers, optimizing multi‑channel onboarding journeys and ensuring data quality and attribution standards.

Required profile

• Proven experience in growth strategy, marketplace balance and data‑driven decision making, preferably in an agri‑tech or commercial environment.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to build models, identify high‑leverage constraints and prioritize initiatives based on impact, confidence and economic value.
• Excellent stakeholder management, capable of leading cross‑functional squads through matrix authority without direct reports.
