Agency Recruitment Executive

About the role

Prudential is seeking an Agency Recruitment Executive to lead agency leaders and teams in achieving manpower targets. The role focuses on sourcing, selecting, and onboarding high‑calibre agents while aligning with the company’s recruitment framework and strategic goals.

Key responsibilities

• Lead agency leaders and teams to meet defined manpower numbers and active recruitment targets.
• Drive the selection and onboarding of new agents in strict accordance with the High Caliber Recruitment Framework.
• Execute the recruitment strategy through sourcing, scouting, and profiling high‑quality candidates.
• Manage recruitment and training activities, ensuring compliance with IBP and recruitment guidelines.
• Deliver business opportunity presentations and onboarding training to new recruits.
• Track recruitment and training activities and produce accurate reports.
• Lead new initiatives that support and enhance the recruitment strategy.

Required profile

• Proven ability to lead and motivate agency teams toward recruitment goals.
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills to achieve assigned targets.
• Commitment to follow recruitment guidelines and frameworks.
• Experience delivering presentations and training to prospective agents.
• Capability to spearhead and manage recruitment initiatives.
