Architect / Draftsperson

About the role

We are looking for a qualified Architect/Draftsperson to join our team in Accra. The successful candidate will support the design and documentation of construction projects, ensuring high‑quality drawings and technical specifications.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and develop architectural drawings, renderings and 3‑D models for various projects.
• Collaborate with project managers and engineers to translate design concepts into detailed construction documents.
• Maintain and update drawing libraries and ensure compliance with company standards.
• Assist in the preparation of project proposals and presentations.

Required profile

• University degree in Architecture or a related field.
• Experience in project management or coordination is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.

Required skills

• Proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Experience with rendering software and 3‑D drawing tools.
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office applications.
