Architect – Interior Design Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a creative, detail‑oriented Architect to join Euro Homes Group’s dynamic team in Accra. The role involves leading interior design projects from concept through construction, collaborating closely with clients and multidisciplinary teams.

Key responsibilities

• Meet with clients to capture their needs, goals and style preferences.
• Develop design concepts, mood boards and 3D renderings.
• Produce technical drawings, floor plans and specifications using AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit and related tools.
• Select and source materials, finishes, furniture and accessories.
• Manage project timelines, budgets and coordinate with contractors and suppliers.
• Conduct site visits to ensure design integrity, quality and progress.
• Present design ideas confidently to clients and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with designers, project managers and consultants throughout the project lifecycle.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.
• 3–5 years of professional experience, primarily in interior design.
• Portfolio demonstrating creative design thinking and executed projects.
• Strong eye for detail, colour, proportion and functionality.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines.
