Architect

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Architect to join our design team in Accra, supporting the full project lifecycle from concept through construction. This is a mid‑level position offering hands‑on experience across all RIBA work stages.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in developing design proposals for RIBA stages 2–4, producing drawings, visualisations, diagrams and presentation materials.
• Prepare early‑stage design reports, feasibility studies and concept sketches under direction.
• Support statutory compliance by compiling planning and building permit submissions in line with Ghanaian regulations.
• Contribute to technical detailing, tender and construction package preparation.
• Coordinate with consultants, engineers and specialists, attend design and site meetings, and produce meeting notes.
• Maintain project documentation and digital filing systems.
• Engage with clients and consultants during meetings, assist in presentation preparation and client review materials.
• Collaborate across teams, manage personal time effectively and meet deadlines.
• Maintain ARC registration and participate in internal training to progress toward Architect II level.

Required profile

• Recently qualified Registered Architect (or equivalent registration).
• Minimum 3 years (36 months) of relevant experience.
• Strong design sensibility, attention to detail and willingness to learn.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
