About the role

We are seeking committed, hardworking and qualified individuals to support our construction, road works, civil works, operations, transportation and administrative activities as Assistant Works Engineers. The position is full‑time and based in the Eastern Region of Ghana. Successful candidates will work closely with senior engineers on project scheduling, cost estimation and technical documentation.

Key responsibilities

Assist senior staff with project scheduling and timelines
Prepare cost estimates and material take‑offs
Prepare purchase documents
Draft technical reports and documentation
Produce blueprints

Required profile

Minimum of HND in Civil Engineering
At least 3 years of relevant work experience
Willingness to relocate to the Eastern Region
