Works Engineer – Construction & Civil Projects

About the role

Quasi Group Limited is seeking a committed and hardworking Works Engineer to support construction, road works, civil works, operations, transportation and administrative activities in the Eastern Region of Ghana.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily on‑site operations and construction activities.
• Ensure all building or manufacturing processes follow approved blueprints, designs and specifications.
• Coordinate tasks between contractors, labourers and supervising authorities.
• Track project progress against timelines and financial budgets.
• Review technical drawings, bills of quantities (BOQs) and material requisitions.
• Apply industry standards, safety codes and regulatory requirements to all engineering work.
• Analyse plans, survey reports and maps to plan and design feasible projects.

Required profile

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering with at least 5 years of relevant experience (Master’s degree is an advantage).
• Good understanding of production and technical functions in concrete management.
• Valid driving licence.
• Knowledge of safety, hazard and health management is an advantage.
• Willingness to relocate to the Eastern Region.
