Associate – Investment & Legal Analyst

About the role
We are seeking a motivated Associate to support the identification of new investment opportunities and the monitoring of existing portfolio companies. The role blends legal analysis with financial evaluation, providing a unique platform to develop expertise across both domains.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct legal research and analyze relevant legal issues.
- Draft, review, and prepare contracts.
- Perform financial analyses and develop financial models for potential investments.
- Carry out industry and market research to inform investment decisions.
- Participate in the preparation of financial reports.
- Monitor and manage the performance of portfolio companies.
- Assist in financial planning and budgeting activities.
Required profile
- Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) degree from a recognized institution.
- Called to the Bar and licensed to practice law in Ghana.
- 0‑3 years of professional experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
