Associate Professor, Business School (Various Departments)

About the role

The Ghana Communication Technology University (GCTU) is seeking qualified candidates for the rank of Associate Professor within its Business School. The appointment can be made in any of the following departments: Management and Human Resources, Accounting, Banking and Finance, Economics, Marketing, or Procurement, Logistics and Supply Chain Management.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver undergraduate and postgraduate teaching in the selected department.
• Supervise student research projects and theses.
• Conduct high‑quality research and publish in recognised journals.
• Engage in community service and professional outreach activities.
• Contribute to faculty development and university governance.

Required profile

• Ph.D. in a relevant discipline.
• Current appointment as Associate Professor at a recognised university, or a Senior Lecturer with at least four years of experience and ten peer‑reviewed publications.
• Three referees with contact details.
