Associate Professor – Entrepreneurship & Small Enterprise Development

About the role

The University of Cape Coast invites qualified candidates to join the Centre for Entrepreneurship and Small Enterprise Development as an Associate Professor. The appointment focuses on teaching, research, and community engagement across a range of entrepreneurship and creative disciplines.

Key responsibilities

• Teach undergraduate and postgraduate courses in entrepreneurship, international business and related creative fields at the Centre for Entrepreneurship and Small Enterprise Development.
• Conduct and supervise research leading to refereed publications in the candidate’s area of specialization.
• Participate in curriculum development, academic committees and community outreach activities.

Required profile

• Hold academic qualifications required for a Senior Lecturer position at the University of Cape Coast.
• Minimum of seven refereed publications in the relevant field since the last appointment as Senior Lecturer.
• At least four years of teaching experience as a Senior Lecturer or equivalent at a university or comparable institution.
