Audit Compliance Supervisor

About the role

We are seeking an Audit Compliance Supervisor to lead and coordinate operational, compliance and financial audits across multiple business functions. The role ensures that transactions, processes and documentation meet internal policies and regulatory standards while identifying risks and recommending improvements.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and supervise audits in sales, procurement, warehouse, logistics, customs clearance, administration, HR and finance.
• Verify accuracy, authenticity and compliance of business transactions and supporting documents.
• Lead procurement audits covering supplier quotations, bidding, onboarding and contract compliance.
• Supervise inventory and warehouse audits, including stock counts, reconciliations and scrap monitoring.
• Review logistics and customs activities to ensure transportation compliance and cost accuracy.
• Conduct HR and administrative audits, covering employee records, overtime, outsourced workforce and procurement reviews.
• Examine financial transactions, travel expenses and reimbursements to detect errors, fraud risks and control weaknesses.
• Prepare audit reports, present findings to management, recommend corrective actions and monitor implementation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting, Auditing, Finance, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in auditing, internal controls, compliance, finance or risk management.
• Strong knowledge of auditing principles, internal controls and compliance requirements.
• High level of integrity, objectivity and confidentiality.
• Willingness to travel for supplier, customer, warehouse and site audits.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
